Virtos does not store any of your information while you navigate its web site. It uses only information from the browser, such as geographic region and language preference, to provide better access to the website.
When paying with a credit card, the process is carried out directly by the company of the chosen credit card, and therefore Virtos cannot store any of that information.

  S.O.S Backup user license authorization

The authorization to use S.O.S Backup is based on the existence of a protected file recorded locally on the computer on which the program is installed. Obtaining this file is, in most cases, an automatic procedure and completely transparent to the user.
Periodically, S.O.S Backup will make a new communication with Virtos' website to get updated authorization information.
